Before the publication of her first book, she shares it with her 107 years old grandmother.

Why this book?

Because the world of this saga is steeped in Nordic culture and mythology.
Because the heroine is strong and determined, which is a welcome change from clichés.
Because this final volume brings Wildekat’s adventures to a close in style!
Because Sophie Bachet’s writing carries us away into a world full of twists and turns.

The engineer turned author

Sophie speaks about topics that make her tick. In her novels “Wildekat”, the role of women and their rights are examined. Indeed, it’s a dichotomy at play between two worlds: a patriarcal and a libertarian world.

I also wrote short stories on forums, and one day my mother said to me, “You spend so much time on that, why don’t you write a book?.”
